Oxidation filtration method of iron removal

Iron Sulfur and Manganese are oxidized and trapped by the greensand media.  Trapped minerals are backwashed out the drain.

The filter media is periodically regengerated automatically by introducing potassium permaganate to the media.  System repeats this process over and over again.  System is fully automatic.  Nothing for you to do except add potassium  permaganate.
